Chinese herbal steamed fish

Preparation
Clean the fish and cut some lines on it.

Cut the fish in several pieces and arrange it in a dish.
Put some slices of ginger on the fish.
In a separate cooking pot, pour out the Chinese herbal pack and cook it with water and rice wine until boiled. Pour the herbal soup into the fish dish.
Steam the mixture as of figure 4 for 30 minutes, then put some fresh mint leaves in the soup and serve hot.
