Chung Tsao Pork ribs soup

Chung Tsao pork ribs soup Serves 2 

Ingredients:

  • Pork ribs 600g (can be replaced by a  chicken)

  • Rice wine 600 cc

  • Water 250 cc

  • 1 pack  of Chinese herbs (NFC8705)

work time     : 20 minutes
Cooking time: 1-1/2 hours

 

Preparation

Clean the pork ribs.

Step 1

 

Put the cooked pork ribs, rice wine, water altogether and cook them until boiled.

 

Cut out the pork ribs into pieces.Step 2

 

 

Boil some water and cook these pork ribs, then take them out to prepare later.

Boil this mixture for about 5 more minutes then cover it and simmer for 1-1/2 hours. 
Serves hot.
