Preparation
Chop vegetarian chicken into pieces.
Heat the pan, then pour sesame oil.
Sauté ginger, then pour water and rice wine and cook
altogether.
Put
vegetarian chicken into the pan. Cook until boiled, then adjust
into gentle fire.

Put the Chinese hurbs into the soup and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Serves hot.
