Fen Guang Shen pork ribs soup

Fen Guang Shen pork ribs soup Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • Pork ribs 600g

  • Rice wine 600 cc

  • Water 500 cc

  • 1 pack of Chinese herbs (NFC8706)

Work time    : 15 minutes
Cooking time: 1-1/2 hours

 

This delicous soup will help those who have low blood pressure problems.  To reinforce the energy, eliminate the fatigue and good for the waist.

Preparation

Clean the pork ribs and chop them into small pieces.

Step 1

 

 

 

Step 2Boil some water and cook the pork ribs.

Take them out and prepare aside.

 

 

Step 3

Put the pork ribs in a big bowl, add Chinese herbs, pour the rice wine, add some water.

Boil them with big fire for 5 minutes, then simmer with gentle fire for about 1~2 hours.

Serves hot.

Delicious!  A good meal for special events!
