He Shou Ou fish soup

Ingredients:
Work time : 30 minutes

Preparation
Take out the tripes of the fish and clean it well.
Boil the water and put the Chinese hurbs, then cook
together for about 12 minutes.
Filter the Chinese hurbs and keep the soup.
Sauté black beans until well cooked (without oil).

Cut
the fish into pieces and put them in a dish.
Put
the prepared herbs soup, black beans into the dish, then add ginger,
rice wine in it.
Steam this plate for about 1 hour (gentle fire).
Serves hot.
