He Shou Ou fish soup

He Shou Ou fish soup Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • Fish 1

  • Ginger, sliced ~ 2cmx7cmx2cm

  • Rice wine 600 cc

  • Water 750 cc

  • 1 pack of Chinese herpbs (NFC8703)

Work time    : 30 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour

 

 

Preparation

Take out the tripes of the fish and clean it well.

Step 1Boil the water and put the Chinese hurbs, then cook together for about 12 minutes.
Filter the Chinese hurbs and keep the soup.
Sauté black beans until well cooked  (without oil).

Step 2

 

 

Step 3Cut the fish into pieces and put them in a dish.

 

Step 4Put the prepared herbs soup, black beans into the dish, then add ginger, rice wine in it.

Steam this plate for about 1 hour (gentle fire).

Serves hot.
