Recipes presented here are from the ancient times, when peniciline and aspirine did not exist.  People relied then on herbal complements to their food in order to help the body fight against ailments. 

Chineses were for a long time the best in this discipline, so most of our recipes come from Chinese cooking herborists, specialized in that kind of cuisine.  Chinese cooking; as most of the Asian cooking style; is a fast and easy cooking style.  Chinese women do not spend much time to prepare, cook and simmer the plates.  Ingredients, water or oil, a quick fire and the food is ready!  Therefore, in order to cook the meals presented here, you don't have to be a 'Cordon Bleu' or have studied in hostelry universities.  All is simple, well explained and a little of your imagination will bring on your table healthy natural food.
