How to return our products?

According to our Policy, if you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund of your money under the following conditions: The item must be returned to us within the 15 days after the reception date of the item; we will not reimburse items which are broken, destroyed or ruined due to a wrong use of the product.
The returned item must be in its original package along with the invoice. Use our Postal address (see on top of this page).
As soon as we receive your refund request, we will inform you by EMail and will start the return procedure. All reimbursements are made once a month, the 5th day of the next month. Example: A confirmed return in January will be paid the 5th of February.

Payment Modes

Cash by Mail: We do not suggest that you send cash by normal post courier. Nonetheless, if it is your choice or only option, we will accept all major currencies. Simply send the equivalent of the amount in US$ in the chosen currency (see our currency table exchange). Make sure you send a registered mail. Use our postal address (see on the top of this page)

Post Check: Much safer than Cash. Make your check to the benefit of Li-Ling LIN. Your order will be processed after confirmation by our Bank on the fund availability and transfer. Make sure you send a registered mail. Use our postal address (see on the top of this page). Be aware that it may take up to 45 days for checks clearance.

Bank Transfer (Swift or TT): It is also a safe option to wire us money. Fill our order form and inform us that you are paying by SWIFT/TT bank transfer. Upon receipt of our feed-back, please ask your bank to credit the following account:

Cash on Delivery: If you are Taiwanese resident (or if the delivery address is in Taiwan), you can pay at the reception of the order. You can: print our order form and fax it; use it directly here or send us an EMail with all items you would like to order, as well as your address and phone number. We will call you the same day (7/365) to confirm the order.

Credit Card: From far the most convenient way to buy our items. We accept all major credit cards. Through our Partner CCNow and its secure server, it is the fastest and safest way. Each item page have a 'Buy Item' button and a 'Shopping Cart' button which will guide you through this process: simple, fast and safe.

PayPal: For total orders that does not exceed US$100.00; we will accept PayPal Payments. Order the Email payment to liling@mikalina.com or MysticAsia account. Specify in the comment box the item(s) number(s) desired, we will ship as soon as PayPal confirm the credit.
